We know that purchasing a bike or bike related accessories for your child is a big deal and we will be happy to answer any questions you have, pre-purchase or post-purchase, to be sure you are confident you are making the right decision.

Please email us at sales@bykbikes.com and we will endeavour to respond to your query as soon as possible. ByK Bikes head office is based in Melbourne, Australia so we will respond within business hours AEST.

Assembly

We do not sell ByK Bikes direct online on our website however you may have purchased a bike from one of our many retailers and require assembly instructions. ByK Bikes are boxed 85% assembled. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and saddle, adjusting the brakes and tuning the gears. Please note that we do recommend you take your ByK to a bike shop to have it built and/or repaired by a qualified bicycle mechanic. Damage caused by incorrect assembly is not covered by your warranty. Please contact us at warranty@bykbikes.com with any questions regarding assembly of your ByK Bike.

Warranty

At ByK Bikes we want to make sure you love your ByK as much as we love do so we will do everything in our power to make sure you are a happy ByK customer. You can download our ByK Bikes warranty here [insert link]. If you’re experiencing an issue with your ByK, we want to assist you in resolving that issue. Please always contact the authorised ByK distributor or retail store where you originally purchased your ByK Bike as they are going to be best able to support you physically and in a quick time frame. For online sales, please contact our warranty service manager by emailing warranty@bykbikes.com, providing your ByK model, place of original purchase, description of the issue and a photograph of the affected part so that we can assess and resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Please note that the warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and proof of purchase must be shown at time of warranty enquiry.
